Merry Christmas 2010

Christmas was so much fun this year! Raegan was almost 17 months old, and although she doesn't understand Santa yet, which is a good thing since she doesn't like him, she had a blast! I can only imagine how great next year will be.

We went to Evansville on the 23rd since a big snow storm was predicted for Christmas Eve. It was nice getting there early and spending time with my Grandma Miller. It didn't start snowing until it was time to leave for church. We had about 2 inches of snow in less than an hour. I was surprised that Grandma still wanted to go to church.

Raegan was very good through out the whole service much to our surprise. We all made bets at what point she would need to be taken out. But she made it through the whole thing thanks to the candles to play with as well as pencils and the envelopes for offering. She colored and played the whole time.

Raegan was so excited for Santa to come, she didn't sleep well at all that night. She was up until almost midnight and really tossed and turned all night. I had to wake her and Ryan up around 8:30 so we could finally open presents. Santa must of thought she was a very good girl this year!

We let Raegan open some of her big presents at home before leaving for Evansville so that we didn't have to haul them down to Grandma's and back home. She loves her kitchen and shopping cart with all of her play food.

Bug also got a red Radio Flyer Wagon! It seats two so it will be so nice to have this spring and summer since I am babysitting a 7 month old little girl named Kaylie two days a week. We can get out of the house and go on walks around the neighborhood and to the park once the weather finally gets warm!

See what I mean? Santa's nice list = Raegan! Yes, those are almost all for her!
A new baby doll for the bathtub!
Trying out the sled with baby!
Her awesome new wagon... minus the wheels, so it looks more like a boat!
After Christmas morning at Grandma Millers we had a yummy dinner and then tried to get Raegan to take a nap before go to Newburgh to Grandma Cookseys. After trying and failing for over 3 hours we gave up on the nap and made our way to Cookseys where they were having a surprise baby shower for Aunt Tricia! Yes, Tricia and Jon are due with a little girl March 9! We are so excited!

Bug helping open her shower presents!
Don't you just love her Christmas outfit?! I do!

We left Evansville on Sunday, the day after Christmas and headed home for a couple of days before going to Fort Wayne on the 29th to do Christmas with the Hahaj's!

Grandma Hahaj with her girls!
Raegan and cousin Ava! I just had to put her in her cute outfit one more time!
Coloring on her new scribble board!

So of course since we were in Fort Wayne that means DATE NIGHT! WOO! And of course we always go to one of two places... Casa Grill or Bdubs! It was 9:30 before we left the house so we went to Bdubs. The Fort Wayne Bdubs are amazing. There is just something about the way the feel that is so great and so fun. We have so many memories from there!
GO IRISH!
